Valle d'Aosta is a sports paradise not only for snow disciplines, but also for climbers who challenge the mountain with their bare hands. The Chesod crag, tested every year by High Mountain Guides, has 15 climbing routes (14 routes + 1 variant) with difficulties ranging from 5c to 8b +. The routes are equipped with progression "fixes" and 14 summit stop groups. For access to the right side, where the routes start from an exposed ledge, there is a safety handrail.
