The day in Lo Barba begins in the cozy breakfast room heated by the splendid pellet stove whose warmth evokes the slow and relaxing rhythm typical of the mountains. The buffet breakfast, in the name of tradition and the gastronomic authenticity of the Aosta Valley, offers sweet and savory delicacies: hot and cold drinks, white, wholemeal and black bread, toast, hot croissants, honey, jams and jams, butter, mountain pasture tome, yogurt, Valle d'Aosta cold cuts, fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, cereals, pies.
