The residence is located in a gentle valley at 1080 meters above sea level in a characteristic mountain village surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the center, it enjoys a particularly sunny position, the mild climate and tranquility make it the ideal destination for families and for mountain and sport enthusiasts. It is an excellent starting point for walks and excursions on foot, by bicycle, with strollers and with your four-legged friend. With a ten-minute walk you can reach the sports center with a football field, a tennis court, a heated swimming pool for children and a hot tub, the fitness trail, the artificial climbing wall (discount for customers), the riding stable with horses and ponies, the paragliding and rafting centers. At 800 meters from the Residence departs the cable car to Chamois (one of the pearls of the Alps), so beautiful in summer for picnics and walks on its lake banks. In winter it is particularly recommended for children and families who love skiing. During winter it is possible to practice cross-country skiing starting next to the residence, with various loops for a total of 15 km, and also downhill skiing in the ski stations of Chamois (800 m.), Valtournenche (10 km), Breuil-Cervinia (14 km) and Torgnon (8 km). Besides that, to relax in the open air, the Residence offers a green area with picnic tables, BBQs, a ping-pong table and a playground. It has a private car parking, a reception, a bar where breakfast is served and a heated ski storage. Small pets are welcome in the Residence.
